amazing stay EXPERIENCE

central location super clean cleanliness

i REALLY enjoyed that the location was very central THE staff were very responsive to my needs AND i had easy access to nearby cafes. ALSO i appreciated the super clean cleanliness throughout the hotel THE rooms were well kept AND the attention to detail WAS evident.

helpful staff friendly staff fresh pastries

The location proved ideal for exploring the area. I found the staff consistently helpful and friendly (they were always smiling!). The breakfast had a good selection of items, including fresh pastries and fruit.

The elevator was out of service for a portion of my stay. This made moving luggage a bit difficult (especially upon arrival).

The hotel location was VERY convenient. It made getting to the train and bus stations EASY. The staff seemed friendly. The room was clean.

The lift did not work, inconvenient. Breakfast selection could have been better. I only received two coffee pods .

convenient stay

excellent location helpful staff free safe

i found the location excellent. it was a short walk to both the town center and the ferry terminal. the staff was very helpful and always available. my room had a free safe , i found it useful for storing valuables.

the lift was out of service , i had to carry my luggage up the stairs. it was inconvenient because i had a heavy suitcase.

the room was clean and a good size, i appreciated this. i was glad that fresh towels were provided daily. the room included a television and it had a good selection of channels.

the breakfast had a selection of bread, pastries, cheese, and fruit , i was happy with the offerings. i did notice that fresh produce was used in the breakfast buffet. there was also coffee and juice available each morning.
